Intellectual Property Risk Analyst

Job Description:

This role is responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies to ensure safe transactions and maintain trust across our marketplace business. The successful candidate will be part of the Compliance Department, which mitigates risks around Intellectual Property.

The Responsibilities include:

• Reporting on Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit metrics on a regular basis
• Managing internal escalations related to Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit
• Tracking and managing the support mailbox for Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit escalations
• Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in the US and globally

About the Role:
This position requires a skilled analyst who can partner with the Legal, Marketplaces, Technology and Operations and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets to identify patterns and use insights to drive improvements and mitigate risks around Intellectual Property.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• A strong background in data analysis and trends related to Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
