What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Technician position at US Tech Solutions?
Description:
- Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products.
- Some data interpretation required.
- Coordinate testing of samples and input data into computer application.
- Should have good laboratory skills, preferably in pharma/biotech.
- Experience in operating analytical equipment preferred (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).
- Should exhibit good problem-solving skills. Should possess computer skills as well as good communication skills.
- Fast paced environment, team-player who can also work independently, potential for overtime
Top skill requirements:
• Basic lab instrumentation
• HPLC / GC testing and/or data
• GMP Laboratory Setting experience
• Wet Chemistry techniques
Education and experience:
- Bachelor degree and 0-3 years’ experience with HPLC
- Experience with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.
