We are a dynamic team at US Tech Solutions, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including working knowledge of payroll in a logistics environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain associate FMLA files, leave of absence progress, and provide status updates to management.
  • Respond to and direct incoming call inquiries and reception coverage.
  • Order and maintain department office supplies.
  • Sort and process company mail, UPS, DHL & FedEx.
  • Maintain and update filing systems.
  • Review and compose responses to incoming correspondence as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and participate in department meetings or conference calls, and maintain minutes of meetings.

Requirements

  • 1 years' experience providing high-level administrative support, including working knowledge of payroll in a logistics environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Live Meeting.
  • Demonstrated skills relating to composing and editing business correspondence.
  • Knowledge of office operations and procedures.
  • Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports and prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
