We are looking for a consumerist with an affinity for product who enjoys the energy of moving at the pace of retail and our consumer. A successful Merchant will contribute to an inclusive, positive, and progressive team dynamic. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll partner with several cross-functional teams – consumer planning, product creation, Geo Merch, Brand merchandising and consumer insights & analytics as well as the cross Fields of Play merchandising teams. A key enabler of your success will be your background and experience in retail.

The role will leverage your skills in collaboration through multi-faceted partnerships with multiple functions and within merchandising across the consumer groups & Fields of Play. Strategic visioning, consumer expertise, and the ability to span across multiple seasons paired with influencing a point of view will be critical for these roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training

2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying

Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace

Entrepreneurial spirit, experience working on new projects/start-ups/concepts/ideas

Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends

Attention to detail

Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to various cross-functional partners

Team first mentality, energy giver

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Merchant II, you will support the strategizing, building, and managing of Global SW Kids FW Jordan seasonal assortment and product journeys.

A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.
