Job Summary
US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled New Equipment Installation Expert to join our team. This role involves participating in manufacturing engineering projects and supporting teams for capacity installations, equipment debug, product qualification, data collection, data analysis, and preparing line/associated parts for Operations Receivership.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in new equipment installations or process improvement in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with project leads to improve performance of equipment/manufacturing processes and provide analytical, process, and mechanical support for divisional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safe work practices and inform others of hazardous conditions or personal practices as expressed on project teams.
- Assist & implement technical solutions and process changes to improve capability of manufacturing equipment.
- Support build teams in solving mechanical and process issues through data analysis and collaboration with subject matter experts.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in new equipment installations or process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical fundamentals with mechanical and process skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced project install manufacturing environment.
