Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Folsom site. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support Client's team members and guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Lunch Program Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage schedules and budgets, print tickets and labels, and communicate with team members.
- Meeting Support: Reserve meeting rooms, arrange catering services, and provide IT/Facilities support.
- Event Planning: Plan, set up, and clean up events such as team engagement, All Hands Meetings, and Executive visits.
- Initiative Communication: Communicate with team members and post materials/signage as needed.
- Data Management: Maintain and update complex files/record systems in SAP.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the EatWell program budget, verify and process expense reports, and allocate funds to categories.
- Guest Support: Provide site-specific directions and address requests for visiting team members and guests.
- Facilities Management: Input work orders into facilities software, arrange seating, and make routine purchases.
Requirements
- Administrative experience (1-3 years)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to learn new programs and technology
- Multitasking ability
- SAP and event experience preferred
- Professional attitude
