Title: Operations Coordinator
Duration: 6 to 12 months contract
Job Summary:
The primary mission of this role is to support coordination of multiple operations needs by working closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage priorities and resolve conflicts for requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and site teams
- Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists, and material requests
- Organize the tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks
- Order and track tools and supplies to maintain available inventory
- Complete forms for tracking tools and supplies and other records
Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with all operations team members
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Focused on safety and team collaboration
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP and experience as an operator in a factory or depot environment
