Main Responsibilities:
• Work closely with leadership to prioritize and resolve conflicts for requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and site teams
• Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists, and material requests
• Organize current tool room and supply room to optimize stock levels and ensure efficient daily operations
• Order and track tools and supplies needed to maintain available inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all operations team members
• Experience with SAP and knowledge of factory or depot environments
