What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach coordinator position at US Tech Solutions?
Responsibilities :
- Outreach to members across Medicare business lines to discuss closing their gaps in care
- Respond to any follow-up calls or emails from members or providers on the outreach effort
- Support members with scheduling PCP appointments and if necessary, other specialist appointments (as requested)
- Manage outreach spreadsheets in Excel clearly documenting efforts and reporting to management on a regular basis
- Other Star-related and administrative responsibilities as deemed necessary
Qualifications :
- years of experience in a Healthcare / Managed care setting.
- Strong experience in Excel managing spreadsheets in Excel
- Telephone Etiquette experience required
- Customer Support experience
