About the Role
This Senior Medical Writer - Payer position is focused on developing high-quality, evidence-based scientific materials for assigned therapeutic area products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical writing, with experience in developing AMCP standard and pre-approval dossiers, Medicaid formulary requests, and custom requests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. They will also have expertise in the healthcare industry, clinical knowledge, and leadership skills, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Medical Information or Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
Responsibilities will include supporting the development of Payer Digital Assets, guiding creation and delivery of responses to unsolicited Medical Information Requests from Payers and Health Systems, and participating in ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned by management.
