You understand full cycle recruitment from placing compelling ads to making sure a new staff file is 100% complete.
Manage the hiring process for medical and non-medical staff through sourcing, interviewing, offering and negotiating, credentialing, and onboarding
Use online tools- applicant tracking system (ATS), Indeed, SmartRecruiters, and social networking websites like LinkedIn and Facebook for searching candidates.
Make calls in a friendly and professional manner to applicants, and candidates during the onboarding process.
Assist with HR functions.
Manage your workload with the right balance of urgency and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Great verbal and written communication skills
Comfort in learning new software and utilizing technology in an effective manner
