Senior Network Operations Engineer

Duration : 6 months contract with possible extension or long-term hire.

Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced network operations engineer who will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a large-scale network environment utilizing an SD-WAN architecture.

Your role in our mission :

• Design and implement network solutions that meet the organization's requirements, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based solutions.
• Architect and plan for high-availability network designs, ensuring network performance, security, and redundancy.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network devices
• Deploy and maintain network hardware and software solutions, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing infrastructure
• Implement security policies and configurations, including the use of firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS, and secure routing protocols
• Implement and maintain network performance optimization techniques, including bandwidth management, Quality of Service (QoS), and latency reduction.
• Manage hybrid cloud network environments, including configurations of cloud services (AWS, Clienture, GCP) and integration with on-premise networks.
