What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration : 03 Months with possible Extension / hire
This position reports to Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, and works closely with assigned client groups, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers.
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for executing the recruitment strategy of matching top-notch, diverse talent to open positions. This person will be an ambassador for the client and our brands by embodying a client service mindset and operating as a strategic partner in a highly collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute an effective and consistent recruiting process
- Build and maintain diverse talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of premier talent to the organization
- Include diversity through pipeline, sourcing, and relationship management
- Strive for accuracy and continued improvement of time to fill rates while consistently delivering diverse talent to the enterprise
- Connect business and talent trends and utilize data as a true business strategic support and consultant
