Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (1 Day on-site/week)
Pay Range: $30-$32/hr. on W2 Without benefits

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Proficiency in Controlled Document Management (GDP/CDOCS) - Experienced in maintaining compliance and accuracy in regulated documentation systems
- Strong Analytical & Excel Skills - Skilled in creating reports and analyzing data using Excel
- End-to-End Supply Chain & Planning Knowledge - Understanding of supply chain flows, demand and supply plans
Description:
- As a Global Supply Chain Associate, you will be an integral part of the Global Supply Chain organization; supporting the development and maintenance of end-to-end global supply plans, ensuring transportation compliance, providing supply chain reporting, and maintaining master data integrity using Company’s planning and execution systems.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support with reporting and documentation functions within the global planning team.
- Global Temperature Excursion Form generation
- Supply chain reporting to Tax and Treasury departments
- Global Master Data reporting
- Working Cell Bank inventory reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Business process owner and manager of global product planning processes
- Global Temperature Excursion Form generation
- Supply chain reporting to Tax and Treasury departments
- Global Master Data reporting
- Working Cell Bank inventory reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- High school/GED 2 years work or military experience OR Associate’s 6 months work or military experience
