About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Coordination Specialist to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and comparing Supply Chain goods receipt entries and relative supplier invoice data.
You will identify document errors and conduct root cause analysis to align system data for successful remittance processes. You will also communicate with Sourcing Management to address root causes and report payment status across multiple suppliers using integrated data from various systems.
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and an Associate's degree. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may suffice. Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills are required, along with familiarity with Web-Based Portal for Document Processing and basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP. Excel proficiency is essential.
