- Manage the product backlog and prioritize items according to their business value.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that business requirements are captured, documented, and maintained throughout all project lifecycle phases.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand system interaction and validate developed changes to ensure that requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable and that they conform to the standards.
- Write SQL queries to pull data from the Database, create source-to-target mapping documents by collecting information from the Source System, and work with the Data Architect/lead to finalize attribute names for the Target System and map the data as per project standards.
- Work closely with QA to define and design the test scenarios, ensuring all the requirements are tested and the exception scenarios are covered if they exist. Test the new and existing API requests and responses to match them with the technical solution using the Postman tool.
- Write technical documentation to help new team members understand how things are done, ensure consistency in the process, and make it easier for them to get up to speed.
