Duration : 12 months contract with potential extends or ConvertJob Description : Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to our success in securing new business through well-crafted Request for Proposals (RFPs).Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation, writing, and editing of RFP responses, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to gather necessary information and insights for RFP responses.Maintain and update a repository of standard RFP content, templates, and best practices.Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Ensure all RFP responses are submitted on time and meet the highest quality standards.Proofread and edit documents for grammar, punctuation, and style consistency.Support the development of other technical documentation as needed.Experience : Experience with RFPs or technical writing (internships, coursework, or previous employment).Familiarity with content management systems and document collaboration tools.Skills : Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear, concise language.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Education : Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.About US Tech Solutions : US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
