The Training Specialist III role focuses on Equity, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EEDI) programs. The primary responsibilities involve designing and implementing learning initiatives, managing data analytics, reporting on the effectiveness of programs, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors to create learning materials. The role also includes working with EEDI teams, HR, and business leaders to ensure that learning programs align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Learning Program Design and Implementation : You’ll work with various teams to design and develop learning materials (like guides and toolkits), ensuring the materials promote inclusivity and learning effectiveness.
- Data Analytics and Reporting : You’ll be responsible for tracking data related to the success of learning programs and creating reports to evaluate their effectiveness. This includes analyzing metrics and assessing performance indicators.
- Vendor Management : Partner with external vendors to develop learning materials, while also maintaining and growing these partnerships.
- Content Management : Ensure learning materials are updated and formatted correctly. You’ll also be proofreading and editing documents.
