Role : Team Lead - Unit Supervisor
Location : Dubuque IA
Duration : 12 Months with extension / hire
Pay Rate : $35- $45 / Hour
3rd shift supervisor (9 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM).
Job responsibilities for the position
- Supervise and lead a production team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities through Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure that production targets are met
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Provide constructive feedback on performance and hold team members accountable for their contributions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas for process enhancements.
- Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs.
