Description :
Provide on-site technical support for the end-user community.
Responsibilities :
Provide on-site technical support for the end-user community.
Support includes software and hardware installations, hardware moves, additions, or changes of hardware / software, and maintenance.
PC refresh support involves imaging PCs, installing software, and deploying them to users.
Support mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads.
Use demonstrated customer service and technical knowledge gained from prior experience to resolve issues related to installation, usage, and training on software and / or hardware products.
Follow all company field procedures and protocols.
Experience Required :
Basic understanding of networks.
Desktop / Laptop hardware repair experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
Asset management experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills—both oral and written.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Adherence to standards defined in Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience Preferred :
Knowledge of ServiceNow for requests, incidents, and asset management.
Skills Required :
Proficiency with various Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 11 and Windows 10.
Strong troubleshooting skills for applications running on MS Windows-based platforms (e.g., Office M365, browsers, printers).
Education Required
Associates degree
