About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Machine Vision Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative approaches for data manipulation, machine learning model training, and technology transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the measurements group to develop and implement data-driven solutions for production and quality feedback.
- Train and deploy machine learning models for processing measurement system data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Transfer cutting-edge technology from early-stage development to a product suitable for manufacturing, meeting high-quality standards.
- Create and update documentation for release to production, including applications and procedures.
- Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting using data and performance analysis of deployed applications.
Requirements
- Possess strong programming skills, preferably in C# and Python.
- Have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software architecture concepts.
- Demonstrate experience in training CNNs and utilizing traditional machine learning methods.
- Show proficiency in data retrieval, plotting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of image processing algorithms, including blob analysis, edge finding, morphology, feature extraction, classification, and metrology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office programs.
