Role Description
USTCi is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time remote position . The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales and Marketing Representatives within their assigned territories. This role involves overseeing sales and marketing activities, fostering relationships with property staff and residents, educating customers about our clients' products and services, and guiding them toward the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales and Marketing Representatives.
- Develop and execute Verizon sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MDU, property management teams and residents.
- Provide training and support to ensure team members meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
