A typical day may look like this:
- Performing necessary checks of tooling, measuring to prints
- Receive new and reground tooling
- Inspection of product at various stages of the process
- Build tool kits based on production needs
- Ship product to vendors as needed
- Keep track of tooling inventory
- Maintain statistical database
- Drive forklift and use pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility as needed
- 50 80% Standing/Walking
- 20% Sitting
- 25% lifting up to 40 lbs.
- 10% Bending
