Drill Manufacturing Flute – Level 1

Job Description/Daily Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor work quality using inspection equipment and department procedures
- Load and unload of automatic Hertlein flute grinder
- Work with Close tolerances and multiple dimensions
- Inspection of 1st piece daily Checks
- Make sure oil and hydraulics are filled on tanks
- Maintain 5S status throughout the process and assigned work cell
Physical Requirements:
- 100% Standing
- Lifting 30 lbs.
- 40% Hand Motion
- Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
