FUNCTION:
Responsible for working closely with the Systems Support and Vending Teams to ensure successful IT logistics operations, inventory of IT equipment, and vending machine maintenance. Collaborates regularly with the Shipping/Receiving, Maintenance, and Supply Crib teams so that the efforts of the IT department are executed effectively and in a timely manner. Should utilize best-practice approaches and methods whenever possible.

A typical day may look like this:
- Performing the receipt of IT inventory in the supply crib. Includes putting items in appropriate bin locations, facilitating the creation of new inventory bins as needed, and general maintenance of the IT crib area. This includes a monthly cycle-count of inventory.
- Transporting IT equipment between the IT office/dock and the Shipping /Receiving, Supply Crib, Vending Workshop and any other area in the office or plant.
- Aiding in the disassembly of Vending equipment.
- Receiving and dispositioning of used IT equipment that is returned to the Farmington facility. This includes the physical breakdown of equipment from pallets and completing the required forms.
- Maintenance of the IT dock area. Keeping this area clear of items on the floor, general organization of items and cleaning is required.
- General maintenance and organization of the East Building as directed.
- Delivery of vending equipment to destinations in the facility.
- Works closely with Supervisors and IT Leadership to maintain project efficiency and timelines
- Provides timely support as necessary to ensure excellent customer service, success of the department, and ultimately to uphold the mission of US Tool
- Utilize ticketing and management software to aid in efficiency and documentation
- Adhere to CIA (confidentiality, integrity, and availability) operating principles
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer as needed
- Encourage and promote teamwork, unity, and productivity throughout the department and the Company as a whole
- Perform all job duties within the guidelines and boundaries of all US Tool policies
- Performs additional tasks as assigned
