- Experience directly supervising employees
- Excellent customer service and people skills required
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior project management skills
- Technical knowledge of cutting tools a plus
- Knowledge of automated vending a plus
- Understanding of work quality
- Customer/site experience preferred
A typical day may look like this:
- Must be able to work off shift as needed
- Oversee and audit metric reporting
- Assist with weekly payroll
- Make certain that all employees are working safely and are properly trained for the task(s) they are assigned to
- Perform random and scheduled audits of inventory
- Interaction with staff: scheduling, team building, problem solving
- Provide employee guidance and discipline as needed
- Report daily to the Site Manager any issues, internal or external that they should be made aware of
- Manage onsite inventory
- Check for inventory discrepancies and correct
- Evaluate usage and replenishment records
- Train new employees
- Other duties assigned by management
- 20% Sitting
- 50% Standing, Bending, Reaching, Kneeling
- 30% Walking
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Occasional Pushing and pulling (approximately 10 lbs. of force)
