The Assembler will work under the direction of the Production Supervisor to ensure efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include following work instructions, inspecting machines, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and meeting quality and quantity guidelines. Additionally, the Assembler will maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition and report any faulty operations or defective materials to the supervisor.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. They should also be able to read and understand written instructions, perform mathematical calculations, and apply common sense to solve problems. Basic problem-solving skills and ability to work with a team are essential. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three months of related experience and/or training.

The Assembler will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels. Physical demands include heavy work requiring exertion of up to 100 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
