Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of machines for metal finishing, including chamfer barrels, polishing machines, spin dryers, and shot peen machines.
- Follow work instructions to maintain workflow and produce good parts for the line.
- Adhere to safety protocols and fill out paperwork to track traceability on all parts.
- Work to specifications, schedules, orders, and general instructions from department group leaders and supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- 2-5 years' experience running multiple machines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance.
- Moderate physical effort consisting of occasional heavy weights.
