In this critical role, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for planning and directing daily shop floor quality activities at US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC. This includes overseeing inspections, non-conformances, process changes/improvements, and tests to ensure the highest standards of quality, dependability, and customer service.
As a key member of the team, the Quality Assurance Manager supervises hourly inspection personnel to support manufacturing schedules, including coverage of both production and receiving inspection needs. They also oversee Quality Engineers to meet customer expectations and new project launches.
Essential Duties:
- Direct daily quality activities, including inspections, non-conformances, process changes/improvements, and tests.
