Job Description:
\The Tensioner Technician I will maintain the daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s), ensuring quality parts are produced at the desired productivity rate.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Maintain tensioner machining equipment, including tooling adjustment and presetting
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Ensure quality of produced parts
- Verify parts meet quality standards
- Operate small quality testing equipment, such as calipers and microscopes
- Read part prints
- Run one line at a time
Requirements:
\- High school diploma or equivalent
- Zero to two years related experience
- Basic computer skills
- 5S experience
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to run up to four lines
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and strong computer skills
