Job Title: CI, Employee Engagement & Training Specialist

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that enhance employee retention, develop skills, and improve employee satisfaction through targeted employee engagement and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements employee engagement strategies to improve retention and enhance the employee experience.
- Conducts employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Creates and executes employee recognition programs, including awards and appreciation initiatives.
- Organizes team-building activities and social events to promote collaboration.
- Facilitates open communication channels between employees and management.
- Identifies and ensures stakeholder buy-in to initiatives.
Training Development:
- Develops comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new production employees.
- Conducts training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
- Designs and delivers training programs, including online courses, workshops, and in-person sessions.
- Creates engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Delivers training sessions effectively, adapting to different learning styles.
- Determines overall effectiveness of programs and makes improvements.
Performance Measurement and Evaluation:
- Tracks key performance indicators (KPI's) related to employee engagement and training effectiveness.
- Analyzes data from surveys, training evaluations, and performance reviews to measure impact.
- Makes adjustments to programs based on feedback and data.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partners with HR and department managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicates training opportunities and updates to employees across all levels.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop a learning and development strategy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in training and development highly desired.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.
- 3 years of experience as a training specialist or similar role in training and development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure training effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels.
