The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading our daily shop floor quality activities, supervising hourly inspection personnel, overseeing Quality Engineers, and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in our products.

- Leading customer new product launches.
- Collaborating with Quality Engineers to meet customer expectations.
- Providing full PPAP layouts with metrologists and technicians.
- Improving supply base to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Tracking formal KPI indicators to measure supply base performance.
- Coordinating resources to address quality concerns.
- Maintaining accurate schedules related to QA support functions.
- Implementing continuous improvement plans for equipment and the overall department.
- Reducing costs related to production and MRO supplies.
- Fostering working relationships with associated departments.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication vehicles.
