Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:
• Leading daily shop floor quality activities related to inspections, non-conformances, process changes/improvements, and tests
• Supervising hourly inspection personnel to support manufacturing schedules, including coverage of both production and receiving inspection needs
• Supervising Quality Engineers to meet customer expectations and new project launches
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensuring compliance with ISO procedures and regulatory requirements
