As a maintenance technician at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.
- Analyzing equipment failures, determining root causes, and implementing necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Documenting maintenance activities and equipment.
- Performing planned preventative maintenance and inspections on all plant equipment.
- Maintaining MRO inventory.
- Assisting in the installation of new manufacturing equipment, equipment modifications, components, and processes.
- Effective communication with management and operators.
- Executing all activities in a safe manner and following safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree or certificate is preferred.
- Three to ten years of related experience and/or training are necessary for this role.
- Manual dexterity, ability to use various machines, and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos is critical.
- Ability to write simple correspondences and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations is necessary.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, are required.
- Working knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems and diagrams is beneficial.
- Experience with engineering drawings and geometrical tolerance is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential.
