What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Lead position at US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC?

As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a critical role in planning and directing daily shop floor quality activities related to inspections, non-conformances, process changes/improvements, and tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hourly inspection personnel to support manufacturing schedules, including coverage of both production and receiving inspection needs.
- Lead customer new product launches, working with Quality Engineers to meet customer expectations in regard to quality and effective communication.
- Develop plans to improve quality and efficiency, while reducing costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 Years of Automotive Manufacturing experience; Five (5) to seven (7) years of supervisory experience, in quality engineering
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and ISO procedures is required
