Shift Lead Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Provide direction and delegate tasks to team members to meet production requirements.
• Monitor machines, production, and work-in-progress to identify potential issues and communicate them to supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing machine problems.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts and location counts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure Fork Truck drivers scan material correctly to prevent inventory discrepancies.
• Write up and submit service requests/work orders as needed.
• Contribute to quality investigations and assist operators with non-conformance issues.
• Evaluate operator skills and communicate training needs to supervision.
• Train operators on new processes and equipment.
• Conduct audits and layered process audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
