Tensioner Technician I Responsibilities:
- Maintain tensioner machining equipment example: tooling adjustment, presetting, and pm etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Maintain quality of the parts
- Ability to check parts to meet quality standard
- Ability to read small quality testing equipment example: calipers, mics, microscope, etc.
- Ability to read a part print.
- Ability to run one line at a time
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero to two years related experience.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- 5s experience.
- Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Ability to run up to 4 lines.
