DIVISION : 50BRKTH Breakthrough POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Analyst II is responsible for analyzing financial and non-financial data with a goal of creating actionable information for decision makers. In addition, this position will support implementing process improvements within the Breakthrough finance team.
This role will work out of our office in Green Bay, WI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assignments of moderate complexity, including financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee specific aspects of projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
