You will oversee and participate in warehouse functions for wholesale distribution including receiving, inventory management and distribution, and maintenance of equipment and facility. Ensure that all safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
After completion of the Operations Manager Training position, the trainee will become an Operations Leader for one of our U.S. AutoForce warehouses. For placement you must be able to relocate, location to be determined upon completion of the program. We are now accepting applications for this position!
Gain exposure to all facets of the organization's warehouse operations procedures from planning, inventory, quality, finance, safety, human resources and sales functions within the business.
Supervise and assists receiving, restocking, inventory control, pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, shipping order and product returns
Support project management and process improvement initiatives
Participate in other projects and learning opportunities
Encourages participation and communication from team members to solve business challenges and translate operational strategies
Ensure cycle counting is done
Ensure quality of work by warehouse staff
Builds effective teams using the company’s culture and value to deliver high levels of employee engagement and performance management
Assure administrative functions are completed timely
Maintain physical facility to ensure adequate safety, protect against loss, and present a professional company image
Outstanding customer service

Required:

Ability to work at heights of 25 feet
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good memory and ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers
Able to process a large volume of paperwork with good attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Compensation Range:
$60,000 - $75,000
U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
