Woody Tucker Plumbing and Air Conditioning is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for residential and light commercial projects. Location : Odessa, Florida
We are looking for :
General maintenance (commercial & residential properties)
The ideal candidate will :
Be Punctual and able to work on-call for emergencies.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial and residential maintenance issues.
Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.
Maintain a high standard of safety and quality on the job-site
Be dependable, professional, and a good steward of the Company.
Maintain a clean and organized truck with tools.
Requirements :
3-5 years' of experience preferred.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Experience with lawn care, irrigation, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general routine property maintenance.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
Clear background checks (motor vehicle check, pre-employment drug screen, and criminal background check).
