Client Service Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will leverage your expertise in customer service and account management to enhance client satisfaction and drive engagement with our SaaS products.

Duties

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and our company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather insights on their experience with our services.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our SaaS offerings to provide informed support to clients.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials that highlight product features and benefits for existing and potential clients.

Skills

• Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in customer relationship management, particularly with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in account management practices, ensuring client needs are prioritized and addressed.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights for client engagement strategies.
• Project management skills that enable you to coordinate tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery
