U.S. Xpress is looking for experienced truck drivers who want to earn more as a Certified Career Coach. As a Career Coach, you can earn extra cash on the road, have priority access to freight and can expect an average up to 2500 miles per week. You'll be paired with a student to help ensure they have the skills they need to upgrade to a first seat driver.

Qualifications
- Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older.
- You must have at least 12 months safe driving experience
- You must be employed with U.S. Xpress for at least 30 days
- You must be in good standing with the company
- You must have and maintain a great safety record
- Bonus Payouts subject to qualifications - Ask recruiter for details!
- Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
- No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No DUI / DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive / refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A / CLP.
- SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
All CDL Drivers must be registered through Clearinghouse per the FMCSA.
