Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the sport and/or sport management knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focus to solve complex and urgent situations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high quality work and execute under pressure/deadlines
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow
- Proficient with technology programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Assist with ongoing planning, organizing, and coordinating activities related to USYS Olympic Development Program and Summer ID Events
- Liaison directly with Senior Management, admins, and player families
- Able to Travel and be on site at events (hotel, airfare, and transportation will be covered by USYS for events)
- Organize program logistics under support and supervision of Senior Manager
