Job Summary
We are seeking dependable local CDL A delivery truck drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products to customer locations with a focus on meeting customer expectations.
- Built relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Familiarize yourself with customer operations to meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- The role involves touch freight – you may need to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility is key – be prepared for overtime as required, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
Preferred Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience in customer delivery.
- Six months of hand cart/hand truck experience.
- Six months of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- A consistent work history of two years or more.
