JOBSUMMARY
This is anOperations position responsible for checking oil, fluids, tirepressure and fueling all equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fuelevery piece of delivery equipment daily.
Checkall fluid levels of power equipment daily.
Assistthe fleet shop when needed.
Workwith both fleet shop and night warehouse management to readyequipment for use.
Washtrailers per FSQAschedule
Keepparking lot clean and free of debris.
Supportthe night truck spotters to organize the truck yard.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Highschool diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
Experience
1-3months related experience and / or training.
Professional Skills
Abilityto read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence,and memos.
Ableto write simple correspondence.
Effectivelypresent information in one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Canadd, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Applycommon sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished inwritten, oral, or diagram form.
Dealwith problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Learnto drive and back-up tractor-trailers and straight trucks.
