Your Role: Operational Excellence Associate
This role leads and participates in cross-functional teams, focusing on shop floor training support and continuous improvement on the shop floor aligned with company priorities. You will actively champions a culture of lean continuous improvement on the shop floor and throughout the organization. This position interacts daily with a wide variety of people, including employees, external vendors, other training personnel, and site management.
Your Responsibilities:
Use instructional design theories, tools, and techniques to create/ revise learning material such as job aids, On-the-job (OJT) tools, Instructor-Led, and/or Computer-Based Training (CBT).
Work with shop floor team to identify and implement solutions using kaizen, 5S standard work, waste elimination, process improvement projects, training to improve shop floor execution.
Provide support to process teams for problem solving and performance improvement
Participate in site projects as necessary.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 year degree or equivalent training in an industry setting
Familiarity with cGMPs
What Will Give You the Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of implementing operational excellence in vaccine manufacturing or shop floor experience.
Additional Information:
This position is a day position working a 5x8 schedule with overtime as needed.
