Field Researchers are responsible for driving through new residential subdivisions recording the building progress for every lot.Research work is done over a 2 to 3 week period at the end of each quarter (every 90 days). During that time, the hours are flexible within the calendar week, Sunday through Saturday, 8AM – 6PM.The pay rate is $12.00 per hour plus mileage.Survey work will be completed in the following areas : Qualified candidates will possess : A Valid Driver’s License and clean driving recordThe ability to lift 20lbsAttention to detail and detail orientationBasic math skillsAbility to use GPS navigation systems and / or read mapsThis job is perfect for someone looking for a part-time job with flexible hours.
