Who We Are
Marsh McLennan is a global professional services firm which includes our Risk & Insurance Services and Consulting departments that support four major businesses (Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman) each a global leader in its field.
You’ll be gaining and insight into Global Finance which is focused on helping Marsh McLennan achieve its goal of consistent growth and excellent shareholder returns. We provide timely and accurate financial information to our internal and external stakeholders and help shape strategic decisions across our businesses. We promote growth through acquisitions and are responsible for effective capital management.

As a Sophomore Summit participant, there will be opportunities to learn about our Global Finance organization from a business and corporate standpoint. Over the course of 1 day in Manhattan, we will provide you with Global Finance Career paths, team building activities, networking and learning opportunities. This program is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in Global Finance. At the end of the Sophomore Summit, you will have the opportunity to interview for a Summer 2026 Internship.
