Required Skills / Abilities: Strong industrial & mechanical skills Proficient communication and computer skills Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and flexibility in job assignments Ability and initiative to complete job assignments in a timely manner Follow safe work practices, NEC guidelines, and standard operating procedures Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders Able to work in a team environment Key Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Install and troubleshoot a variety of electrical equipment Calibrate manufacturing instrumentation according to procedures Perform routine PMs on manufacturing and building equipment Trouble shoot PLC equipment Assist other maintenance techs with assigned tasks Complete instrument tracking documentation Complete required safety tasks and activities Develop procedures for instrument calibrations and preventive maintenance tasks Support facility operations by completing assigned work orders Minimum Hiring Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Accredited military or trade school diploma or certificate is required Five years of industrial experience working on instrumentation and electrical equipment, and equipment calibration according to defined standards Applicable military training will be considered equivalent to industrial experience Availability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (36 / 48-hour work weeks) #INDGEM #LI-CH1 Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that Veterans bring to the table.
