JOBSUMMARY
The MenuServices Operations Lead provides leadership by managing a team ofoperational support personnel and duties associated with teamleadership including but not limited to overseeing operations,budget considerations, marketing, and reporting and analytics. Theposition will oversee a team of 2-5 direct reports and may beresponsible for additional dedicatedresources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsiblefor managing the work and productivity of the team of operationsupport personnel for the menu servicesorganization
- Responsiblefor the creation and presentation of reporting and analytics on allproject activity for the menu servicesteam
- Lead developmentof marketing efforts including but not limited to organizationmicro-site, blog, newsletters, and other marketingefforts
- Responsiblefor maintaining a productive relationship with Sysco menu servicesleadershipteam
- Identifyimprovement opportunities to continuously improve teamperformance
- Overseeand maintain menu services live chat / supportfunction
- Develop,maintain, and deliver training to the menu servicesteam
- Responsible formaintaining OnDemand tool, and rolling out new functionality toteam and field
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and / or Managementin a corporate environment along with at least 3 years of relevantindustry experience.
